Top-Ranked Division II Colorado Christian Headlines RMAC Championship at Boulder Creek

Boulder Creek Golf Club is once again host of a big-time collegiate event, this time with the 2025 Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference Men’s and Women’s Golf Championship April 20-22.

Over the years, Boulder Creek has developed a strong reputation for hosting college events including the Div. III NCAA Championships. In May 2025, the facility will host the Div. II NCAA Women’s Championships.

On the men’s side, Colorado Christian University enters the tournament as the top-ranked team in NCAA Division II, riding the momentum of an incredible 2024-25 season that includes eight team victories. The Cougars are led by an all-star lineup—Adam Duncan, Sungyeop Cho, Sangha Park, and Xavier Bighaus—who currently hold the No. 1 through No. 4 individual rankings in Division II, respectively. The defending RMAC champions will look to repeat after claiming their first conference title last year with a dominant nine-stroke victory.

Colorado Mesa University heads into the tournament as the No. 28 team in the nation, with Cole Beyer ranked No. 5 individually. The Cougars and Mavericks are joined in the top 50 by Colorado State University Pueblo (#35) and Colorado School of Mines (#50). Fort Lewis College (#77), Westminster University (#100), and South Dakota Mines (#179) round out the men’s field.

On the women’s side, CSU Pueblo comes into the tournament looking to claim its third consecutive RMAC Championship crown. The No. 35 team in DII boasts six nationally ranked golfers, with five heading to the 2025 Championship (Lisa Ekberg, Yale Lee, Freya Constable, Alyssa McMillen, and Zoey Rodriguez).

Colorado Christian (#53), Colorado Mesa (#83), and Westminster (#98) are also among the nation’s top 100 teams heading into the championship and will be looking to challenge CSU Pueblo for the crown. The rest of the women’s field includes MSU Denver (#109), Fort Lewis (#118), South Dakota Mines (#129), Chadron State (#148), Black Hills State (#153), and Adams State.
