“It’s a fun and relaxing atmosphere,” says Daniel Gutierrez, Food and Beverage Director. “I’ve had many golfers tell me that of all the courses they’ve been to, we have the best food and drinks they’ve experienced. It starts with our team and an old-school hospitality mindset—face-to-face service and taking care of guests at a high level. We don’t get caught up in apps and technology—we still talk to people as people. We also have long-term employees who put a lot of care into our quality.”

The Tiki Bar setting features indoor seating with big-screen TVs to watch the games and a large bar for up-close, personal service. The outdoor setting features tables and couches overlooking the putting green, accented by palm trees in the desert.

“One thing I like to tell guests—at the Tiki Sports Bar, you’ll never miss a putt.”—Daniel Gutierrez, Tiki Bar F&B Director

Gutierrez is a 40-year industry veteran. He and his team have developed custom menu options highlighted by the Sin City Hot Dog, Double Bogey Burger (two patties), the Bali Hai Salad, and a breakfast burrito with chorizo—and much more.

The drink menu is anchored by the Tiki Bar Bahama Mama and the Bali Hai Mai Tai.

“We do extensive menu tastings and research the products we use and our menu choices,” Gutierrez says. “One of our most complimented items is the Wagyu all-beef hot dog. It’s served on a warm, toasted lobster roll and is great on its own. We also have a full, diverse menu. It’s much more extensive than what you typically see at a golf course.”

Guitierrez has the final word about the Tiki Bar at Bali Hai Golf Club.

“It goes back to the atmosphere; it’s relaxing, and the view is a big part of it,” he says. “We have sliding glass doors that open up, so when the weather’s nice, you get fresh air, the golf course vibe, palm trees—and a great view of Allegiant Stadium. It’s a friendly, professional staff with amazing food and crafted cocktails. It’s a place to pregame before your round or share stories after. And one thing I like to tell guests—at the Tiki Sports Bar, you’ll never miss a putt.”
