Swingers Las Vegas is here, and is officially open following a VIP event Dec. 12 at the venue where golf meets a night club meets … VEGAS.
“The idea behind Swingers was to create the most ridiculously fun venue possible. That’s why we teamed crazy golf with delicious street food, sensational cocktails and top-notch service in a totally unique, theatrical space.”,” said Co-CEO and Co-Found Matt Grech-Smith.
The Swingers–growing worldwide–venue and vibe is described as “one-of-a-kind venues and providing premium guest experiences through unparalleled hospitality, healthy competition and serious fun in the perfect setting. The unique mini-golf experience, originally founded in London, transforms traditional mini-golf into an exciting game enhanced with DJs, craft cocktails and gourmet street food to create the ultimate crazy golf adventure. Beginning its journey in the UK, Swingers successfully expanded into the US, with locations in New York City’s NoMad, Washington D.C.’s Dupont Circle and the soon-to-be-opened locations in Las Vegas and Boston.”
“We were humbled when MGM Resorts invited us to bring Swingers to Las Vegas, so to see it here today is truly spectacular,” Grech-Smith said. “We could not be prouder to open our doors at Mandalay Bay and transport guests into another world – a world where it’s impossible not to have fun.”
The Vegas location is the largest Swingers destination to date, and the global flagship. The Vegas venue offers guests hospitality featuring four crazy golf courses, the Swingers Carnival old-school games arcade, food by Emmy Squared Pizza, an eclectic cocktail program, and much more.
Swingers started in 2014 as a pop-up in Shoreditch, London, founded by Matt Grech-Smith and Jeremy Simmonds to test the concept of combining crazy golf with cocktails and street food. The success of this pop-up led to the first permanent location opening in the City of London in May 2016, followed by a second venue in Oxford Circus in 2018.
