One of the top PGA of America University Programs in the country resides at UNLV as part of the Harrah College of Hospitality. The program has earned a national reputation for developing future golf industry leaders, with students gaining hands-on experience and professional training that prepares them for successful careers at premier golf facilities in Las Vegas and throughout the country.
Each year, aspiring golf professionals move through the program and, upon graduation, take positions at some of the most respected golf courses, resorts, and golf organizations in the industry. The program combines academic excellence, hospitality education, and PGA training to create well-rounded professionals who are ready to make an impact in the game.
Here’s your chance for a great day of golf and to support the program by participating in the annual UNLV PGA Golf Management Family & Friends Event. The weekend begins on Friday, August 21, with a banquet at Serket Golf Club featuring a cocktail hour, silent auction, dinner, and an opportunity to connect with students, alumni, family members, and supporters of the program.
The celebration continues on Saturday, August 22, with a scramble golf tournament at Serket Golf Club in Henderson. Golfers will enjoy a continental breakfast, an 8 a.m. shotgun start, and lunch following play.
