Hotworx is where the UNLV Women’s Golf players and coaches go to train, relax, recover and rejuvenate. You can use the locations in the exact same ways. Two Hotworx Las Vegas locations are owned and operated by longtime golf community supporter Ken Young and he supports the Rebels and their top 40 program.
Young believes the Hotworx system will help golfers of all levels and ages, and can be especially helpful for Southern Nevada Golf Association members who are trying to stay in shape and as flexible as possible. The two locations owned by Young are Hotworx in Southern Highlands and Hotworx at South Eastern.

HOTWORX is a virtually instructed exercise program created for users to experience the many benefits of infrared heat absorption, while completing a 30-minute Isometric workout or 15-minute High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) session. As the infrared heat penetrates your body causing you to sweat, the isometric postures further accelerate detoxification by physically removing the toxins from your organs through muscle contraction.

The Hotworx patented sauna combines heat, infrared, and exercise, what Hotworx calls “3D Training.”
For Young, who previously was in the fire protection industry and strongly supported the PGA of America, Southwest Section, Southern Nevada Chapter, helping the community support of UNLV Women’s Golf and the SNGA is very important. Young and Hotworx offer SNGA members a free week during his or her birthday month.
“I love the game of golf and the game has given me so much that I want to give back,” Young says. “Golf is a lifetime sport that I enjoyed with my father and still enjoy with my son. Most of my close friends are golfers, so my social life, my health being outside, and the business connections are endless.”
