UNLV men’s golf senior Caden Fioroni and sophomore Zach Little were named to the PING All-West Region team, as announced by the Golf Coaches Association of America (GCAA) on Saturday. This marks the fourth all-region nod for senior Fioroni and the first for sophomore Little. Fioroni, from San Diego, leads the team with a 70.33 scoring average and six top-10 finishes, highlighted by his first career win at the Southern Highlands Collegiate and two second place finishes, including at the NCAA Urbana Regional.
Little, a native of Croxley Green, England, ranks second on the team in both scoring average (70.97) and top-10 finishes (four). In his debut season, he captured a win at the John A. Burns Intercollegiate and placed third at the Mountain West Championship. Both players posted multiple low rounds and 11-under tournament totals, helping guide the Rebels to the NCAA Championships, nine top-6 team finishes, and wins at the Trinity Forest Invitational and the Burns Intercollegiate. The Rebel duo is among 26 honorees named from the West Region.
