Boulder Creek Set to Again Host Four Days of Clark County Amateur Championship Golf

Boulder Creek Golf Club has a long history of hosting the top amateurs of the Southern Nevada Golf Association. And, again in 2024, the facility will host the Clark County Senior Amateur and Clark County Amateur Oct. 24-27. Spots are filling quickly but still some are available.

See below above videos for official registration links. This is event also marks the final chance for players to earn points to qualify for the inaugural SNGA Shootout at Red Rock Country Club on Nov. 24. The top eight players from each division qualify for the new event.

The event is also the final major of the year on the SNGA schedule.

“The Clark County Amateur should bring together the best and highest quality players from Southern Nevada, and keeping competitive golf alive is super important to the future of the game,” Said Karl Larcom, Boulder Creek general manager. “Those reasons are why Boulder Creek always keeps our doors open to the SNGA, the SNJGA, the USGA, UNLV, and the Southwest Section PGA. Anytime we can be included in something that has a rich history like the Clark County Amateur, it’s a feather in our cap. I’ve always thought that state amateurs, the Clark County Amateur, any event of that level, not only are good for the game of golf, but it’s very nice to have your golf course attached to that type of history.”
