Vibes are real with ParMates Female Caddies at Bali Hai Golf Club on the Las Vegas Strip. Recently, Lauryn, a Vegas native and ParMate female caddie, shared some secrets about life at the tropical course.
The ParMates are one of the most talked-about parts of this Las Vegas golf experience. More than traditional caddies, they act as on-course hosts and concierges while helping create the fun, upbeat atmosphere Bali Hai is known for.
“This is the dream job I didn’t know I could have,” says Lauryn, a good golfer in her own right. “I get to be on a beautiful golf course, meet amazing people, and soak up the sun. It really doesn’t get much better than that. “

“Us girls are out here all the time, so we give them all the best course secrets,” Lauryn says, “We give them the best reads on the green, and we make sure they play the best round possible out here. Honestly, what makes the best ParMate is our energy. We’re here to make sure you have a good time, crack some jokes, and play the best golf ever. The most interesting thing about being a ParMate is definitely the people. I get to meet all different kinds of people from around the world. I’ve caddied for some famous people. I’ve caddied for really good golfers, some really bad golfers, and I love hearing everyone’s stories and getting to know all about their lives.”
